Botterfly AI provides voice-driven real estate workflow automation, CRM tools, property listing management, and integrated communication tooling. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and business requirements.
Botterfly AI allows users to connect their Google Account to access Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Gmail features. By connecting your Google Account, you authorize Botterfly AI to perform operations on your behalf strictly as requested (such as creating property listing folders, scheduling showing events, and sending client updates). Botterfly AI adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Program Name: Botterfly AI Operational SMS
Message Types & Description: Botterfly AI sends automated transactional and conversational SMS text messages associated with real estate agent operations, showing notifications, listing intake confirmations, calendar reminders, and CRM command replies.
Opt-In Mechanism: Users opt in by submitting their mobile phone number with the SMS consent checkbox unchecked by default on our website registration form, profile settings, or by initiating an inbound text message to our published business telephone number.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
